Getting Started

After installing AIType, open any website with a text field. Type your request and triple-tap the space bar or press Alt+G to invoke AI generation. No configuration required.

• How do I trigger AI? — Triple-tap the space bar or press Alt+G in any text field.
• Is it really free? — Yes, AIType is completely free with no subscriptions or hidden limits.
• What models do you support? — AIType uses a custom backend. No API key needed.
• What is @directive? — Type @translate, @summary, @polish, @qa, or @expand at the beginning of your text to invoke specific behaviors.
• How do I change settings? — Right-click the extension icon and select "Options" or visit the extension management page.
